Sngine is not built on a PHP framework. The core is written in pure PHP, with JavaScript on the front end and Node.js with Socket.io for real-time features.
Sngine uses third-party PHP and JavaScript libraries in the /vendor and /node_modules folders. All dependencies are free and open source under MIT, Apache 2.0, or LGPL (v2.1 and v3.0) licenses, so they can be used in commercial products like Sngine.
